This terrific IWB resource has been designed to support the teaching of the Unit of Work A Significant Local Site" developed by the History Teachers' Association of Australia. Students look at how their school has changed over time. Students will also be able to develop their observation and deductive thinking skills by exploring their immediate environment. While the examples used focus on a particular school, the overall approach and most of the activities are readily adaptable for other schools or local sites.
